Once I talked to Staff, the Tui staff were exceptionally helpful. The baggage despatcher was very helpful.
If theycould give a phone number that was staffed by a human and not a bloody robot, the whole thing would have been good. Talk to people.
I'm trying to find out where to return a bag that was incorrectly collected yesterday, and as with all corporates now, your service is useless. Your customer services number comes up with 'incorrect number', which I guess just about sums you people up.

I need update on my luggage

We travelled back to the UK yesterday with you, and 2 of our 5 cases failed to arrive, as was the case with a number of other passengers. We left Dubai on Friday night/Saturday morning, changed at Jeddah, and arrived at Gatwick yesterday lunchtime.

I had to put my belongings into a tray to scan at security, and my iPad was left behind. I cannot get hold of anyone to find out where it is and how I can get it back!

Left small shoulder bag in arrivals while picking up luggage
- - Collected luggage at Gatwick South and helped a lady push one trolley instead of two.
- - Left a small bag in the other trolley by belt7; realized at home.
I collected my luggage at GATWICK South and then tried to help a lady i knew with her trolley as she could not push it.
I then put my luggage on top of of hers and pushed 1 trolley instead of 2.
I accidentally not knowing left my sml bag in the other trolley in baggage hall near belt no 7.
I did not realise till I got home.
I had a few things which I can describe.

My intent was to follow up on a serious complaint that has been ongoing for quite some time. Despite assurances that I would receive a response within a specific timeframe, no such reply has been given. I am extremely disappointed by the way Gatwick Airport has handled this matter.
Their lack of communication and accountability reflects poorly on their commitment to customer care. As someone who is severely disabled and living with multiple chronic medical conditions, this experience has further exacerbated my health and wellbeing.

Qatar Airways at Gatwick lost my luggage for 5 days and not apologised or given me any explanation how this happened. I have sent emails, had online chat with full detailed transcripts.
No one has looked into it. Whats the point of filling complaints if youre not going to do anything about it. Today I was told to get in touch with Gatwick airport, almost as if it had nothing to do with Qatar Airways.
This has sent me over the edge with high blood pressure. I will not keep quiet about this

Business class passenger from Las Vegas flew to Gatwick on 9th April BA2276. Who do I speak to about my lost luggage in Gatwick Airport?
I am getting absolutely nothing from British Airways. Very angry and frustrated. I need to know where my luggage is! It's been three weeks now.
Absolutely awful service from BA! Will never ever travel with them again and will report, report, report accordingly. Frequent flyer. I fly every month, and it's my first time flying with BA in my ten years of continuous travelling, and they lost my luggage as a business class passenger and simply do not get in touch and seem to be doing nothing about it.
Still unsure how baggage in this day and age still gets lost. What is wrong with these businesses? Failing.
I have to call up every single day to speak to a different Tom, *** and Harry who simply beat around the bush, keep me on hold, and then tell me they don't know where my bag is. Literally losing sleep over here over my luggage!!!

- - Bought a bottle at Gatwick with bag, receipt, and tag intact.
- - In Turkey I was told I couldn't bring it back and had to dispose or drink it.
Bought a bottle of drink as a gift from Gatwick, went to Turkey, bag still sealed, receipt still in bag, tag still on bottle, everything still the same as when bought. Turkey then decided to tell me I could not bring it back through and was told either dispose of it or drink it.
I could not drink it, so I opened, drank a little, and poured it away.
I then went to duty-free, and the gentleman that was serving me said if the bag was sealed, I should have been able to carry it back through. I have video receipts of what I bought at Gatwick and what I had to then buy in Turkey.

Dear @flyairpeace I flew from Lagos to London on your flight P47578 (date 31 March 2025) only to discover on arrival that one of my checked in bags ( number : P466****) is missing
I have not been offered any explanation as to why this has happened
I have only been told that they hoped that it was a swap and if it happened to get returned , I would be contacted. This is quite disappointing and at the same time I really feel let down flying Airpeace Gatwick-Lagos for the first time and I am being told this.
May I know the next steps to recovering my lost luggage which contains items that of importance to me and my loved ones
